As of yesterday afternoon, I have a complete draft of the Hailey story. Working on revisions today, before I print the manuscript tomorrow and give it a thorough going-over.

My long-simmering cold finally turned my nose into a faucet on Saturday, so I spent the whole weekend feeling crappy.

I'm going to try an experiment this week. I'm going to try and go to the gym for five days in a row, alternating cardio-plus-weights with just cardio. I did this on Monday and Tuesday of last week, before I left for RWA, and was pretty sluggish when I did the cardio Tuesday. My chief accomplishment of the weekend - I wrote.

Friday night, 500 words, Saturday morning, just over 2000 words, Sunday morning, around 500 words but that counts some directives to myself about what scene was supposed to go where.

Writing shouldn't be unusual, but lately it has been. Now I just need to keep it going.
